Privacy Policy

Confidentiality and data protection for natural persons, institutions, and companies, hereinafter referred to as Customer

All oral, written, and electronic information that MTB GMBH receives about the Customer—especially all data, documents, or files handed over by the Customer and all agreements made with the Customer—are subject to confidentiality. This data is stored in a manner inaccessible to third parties.

We ask for your consent to use the name of your company and the project name stated in the offer on our website and in general publications for marketing purposes. In accordance with the confidentiality promised to you, we will of course not name any personal names.

By accepting this offer, you commit to giving your data-protection consent to the processing of personal data by MTB GMBH, among other things in accordance with the GDPR and personality rights, insofar as this is required for consulting, coaching, project support, and training purposes, and due to the underlying consulting contract.

This also includes contacting you and storing personal data via e-mail, Outlook, messenger systems, web conferencing and video tools, cloud systems, and, where applicable, psychological test procedures.

In the case of institutional cooperation, please obtain the personally signed consent of your employees for the implementation of the measures and the cooperation; please forward these to us or store them for us until we request their transmission.

Personal data includes names, address data, telephone numbers, e-mail contacts, date-of-birth data, data from the professional career context and personal life path, and personality-diagnostic evaluations. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted on a regular basis.

Because we also support professional guidance over longer career cycles, we store your data for 15 years. We retain invoices for 10 years in accordance with applicable tax law.

Your consent is voluntary. You are aware that you are not obliged to give this consent. If you do not give this consent, you will not suffer any disadvantages. However, without consent, consulting by the responsible party is generally not possible.

The data protection declaration of MTB GMBH, its application process, and compliance with the ethics declaration of the German Association of Psychologists can be viewed at any time.

If, as a company, you use your own data protection guidelines, these take precedence over this declaration insofar as the company's own rules cover and meet all legal requirements. If these rules do not cover or meet the legal rules, then the legal rules and this declaration apply to the agreed cooperation.

Withdrawal Information:
This consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation is not affected by this. Statutory permission provisions remain unaffected by a revocation of consent. In the event of revocation, continuation of the consulting by the responsible party is generally no longer possible. The consent can be revoked verbally or in writing. The revocation should be directed to: Management- und Teamberater GMBH, Dr. Thomas Steinert, Ostwender Str 12 30161 Hannover

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Our offer may include content, services, and performance by other providers. Examples include maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube, and graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be retrieved and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is strictly necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") therefore receive the IP address of the respective user. Although we strive to use only third-party providers who need the IP address solely to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. This process may serve statistical purposes. If we become aware that the IP address is stored, we will inform our users accordingly. Within the scope of our consulting activities, we pass on your data exclusively to the following third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so: tax advisors, IT technology companies.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps API to display geographic information visually. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes, and uses data about the use of the map functions by visitors. You can find more information about data processing by Google in Google's data protection notices. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection center. You can find detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products here.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address is shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)

To display our content correctly and in a visually appealing manner across different browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website such as Google Webfonts. Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or blocks access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
